Having used Avondale on both commercial and residential projects I can safely say that in my experience dealing with Mike and his team has been a pleasure and their input and ethos to each project has been second to none.
Avondale were contracted to refurbish the wc’s and landlords common parts in this period building.
Works consisted of:
- New wc cubicles and sanitaryware along with tiling and decorations.
- New reception lighting and ceilings, glazed tiled lift surrounds and carpets throughout the staircases.
- 3 additional floors for dilapidations, Cat A works which included new lighting, metal ceilings, power, floor coverings
- All mechanical plant tested and re-commissioned and new fire detection installed.
All works completed with tenants in situ.
