Avondale rose to the challenge of getting Urgent Technology’s office fit out completed in time despite the extremely tight deadlines. The new office looks great!.
In early 2016 Avondale completed the dilapidations and refurbishment of 1st floor, Sterling House.
The project involved the cleaning of the exterior building, including redecorations to external staircase, bin and bike enclosures, intercom bollard and renewing thermoplastic line markings and general landscaping and renovation to the outside area.
The first floor office, wc and shower space were stripped out ready for refurbishment along with the flooring to reception, stairs and landing.
Works consisted of:
New suspended ceiling
Refurbishment and upgrade of toilets and shower room
Mechanical and electrical package
Avondale were then asked to refurbish the ground floor wc’s and respray the main entrance door
