Prospero House

Spread across two floors, Avondale were instructed on a CAT A+ fit-out at Prospero House, a historic building on Borough High Street. The existing fit-out was stripped out including all M and E-services across both floors. Exposed services were installed on the 2nd floor to take advantage of the impressive ceiling height alongside contemporary lighting, meeting rooms and tea points, merging with the original period features of the lower ground floor office space.

A WC shower block was also constructed to serve the entirety of the building. Our site team worked hard to deliver the project on time whilst working within an occupied building, subject to noise restraints due to a temporary court running on the floor above.
