Ariel House 2nd Floor

Avondale were instructed for a CAT A refurbishment of the 2nd floor at Ariel House, following on from previous successful works within the building. The tenant fit-out was stripped out back to an open plan layout. Dropdown linear lights were installed throughout the floor, and the air conditioning was reconfigured to suit the new layout. Feature recessed polished plaster ceilings finished off the clean ceilings, alongside internal decorations and a clean of the raised access flooring. The 2nd-floor bathrooms were also refurbished to match the new clean office space.
